Background

Depending on whether you purchased the Academic or Commercial version of the Platemaker Wizard, determines which experimental register your lab or organisation will be using. An example page from the commercial version of the Experimental Register is shown in Figure 1.

There are two menu options that relate to the experimental register.

Open Experiment Register Database
This option simply opens the Access Experiment Register file located in the data folder of the Platemaker Wizard (Figure 1).
