Day 13: Kid Fears by Indigo Girls.

So just as Kate Pierson from the B52s appeared on the REM album Out of Time, so Michael Stipe from REM made a guest appearance on the Indigo Girls second album simply called Indigo Girls.

This album was released when I was living in hospital accommodation in Westmead (at that time I was working in the Drug and Alcohol unit at Westmead hospital). I still have such a distinct memory of putting on this CD and sitting down to listen to it for the very first time in my little flat, while thinking, “wow this is a really great album”.
